Cid Wilson has been President and CEO of the Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsibility since 2014. Along with corporate board members, Hispanic organizations, and corporate partners around the country, he helps guide advocacy efforts to increase the representation of Hispanics in Corporate America. In service of these efforts, Wilson directs programs and initiatives that advance Hispanic inclusion in the areas of employment, procurement, philanthropy, and governance at Fortune 500 companies.
Wilson has been featured and quoted by numerous news media outlets and print publications, including The Wall Street Journal, USA Today, The New York Times, Bloomberg TV, Black Enterprise magazine, and Money magazine. He shared the cover of Latino magazine with the Chairman and CEO of General Motors Company, Mary Barra. After working his way from the mail room to the executive suite, he earned national recognition as the #1 Specialty Retail Analyst by Forbes in 2006.
Wilson was appointed by President Barack Obama to the National Museum of the American Latino Study Commission. He was named board chair of the Friends of the National Museum of the American Latino in 2012 and continues to lead advocacy efforts aimed at sustaining Congressional support for the museum’s completion. His passion for service is exemplified through board memberships with leading minority advocacy groups, including Latino Justice PRLDEF, the National Council of La Raza, and Dominicans on Wall Street. He is the former national president of the Dominican American National Round table and a Gold Life Member of the NAACP.
Wilson graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in economics. He previously spent 20 years in corporate finance and Wall Street equity research and is a proud Dominican American with Bergen County, New Jersey, roots.
Ramiro Cavazos is the President and Chief Executive Officer of the United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. Previously, he served as the President & CEO of the San Antonio Hispanic Chamber of Commerce for 10 years. He has a strong expertise in economic development, having served as the Director of Economic Development for the City of San Antonio, Director of Research and Economic Development for the University of Texas Health Science Center, and as the Global Public Affairs Manager for the Levi Strauss Company and Foundation for the Texas, Mexico, and Latin America Region. Ramiro has a Masters of Public Administration from St. Mary’s University and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Government from The University of Texas at Austin. A native of Weslaco in the Rio Grande Valley, he is a 7th generation Texan. Ramiro and his wife Christa are parents of two boys, 14 and 11 years-old.
Lili is an award-winning entrepreneur, recognized cultural intelligence® expert, A.I. tech innovator and World Economic Forum Young Global Leader. As an immigrant from Colombia, who came to the U.S. at the age of 17 without speaking English, she embodies the American Dream going from corporate executive turned entrepreneur.
After a successful corporate career, including a 10-year tenure at Johnson & Johnson, where she served as Global Director of Marketing Services in the Pharma sector, pioneered enterprise wide multicultural marketing strategies, and co-founded the Hispanic group “HOLA”, Lili co-founded CIEN+ and CulturIntel . With offices in the U.S. and Latin America, her firm offers big data analytics, consulting and marketing solutions to help leaders successfully drive growth and impact with diverse market segments. Some of her clients include Capital One, CVS/ Aetna, Google, Merck, PepsiCo, Prudential, among other Fortune 500’s. She is a regular independent TV commentator seen on Fox News , Fox Business and CNN en Español. Lili is also one of only 2.6% of Latinos serving on a Fortune 500+ public board, as an independent director at Zumiez (NASDAQ: ZUMZ). Other boards she serves on include AUA Private Equity Partners, Harvard Women’s Leadership Board , and National Board of Directors of the YMCA USA.

Lili holds a degree in Business Administration from Southwestern Adventist University, an M.B.A. from the University of Colorado and an executive degree from the Harvard Kennedy School in Global Leadership and Public Policy. She lives in New York with her husband Chris Valletta and her two sons.
